Clipper fans! The Agua Caliente Clippers are so excited for you to finally join us back in Toyota Arena opening night on Thursday at 7 pm as we take on Oklahoma City Blue. With new Covid-19 safety protocols, we want to gently remind you of the new policies we have in Toyota Arena. Please familiarize yourself with the information below to prepare you for the 2021-2022 season. We can't wait to see you all in person Thursday!

WELCOME BACK TO TOYOTA ARENA

Update as of 9/20/2021: New policies and procedures are now in place in addition to our Code of Conduct – please read and be prepared to comply.   Per the State of California Department of Public Health and San Bernardino County a Mega Event with large crowds greater than 1,000 attendees the following is required:

  • Verification of fully vaccinated status OR a negative Covid -19 test taken WITHIN 72 hours prior to the time of entry into Toyota Arena. This is for all ticketed guests 2 years of age and up.
  • "Courtside" ticket holders will be required to have a negative test within 48 hours or a proof of vaccination
  • Visit https://www.covidclinic.org/testing-sites for Covid-19 testing locations
  • Courtside ticket holders will need to wear a mask

We are excited to welcome guests back to Toyota Arena. The well-being of our guests, staff, players, coaches, media, and performers continues to be our top priority, and as we return to events, heightened sanitation, health, and safety protocols are in effect. These policies are aligned with state and local public health orders, ordinances and guidance as well as mandated by our home team leagues. As our knowledge and understanding of the COVID-19 virus continues to evolve, our policies and plans will be updated as appropriate.

FACE MASKS   - Face coverings are recommended. 

NO BAG POLICY - In accordance with safety and security guidelines, bags and purses will be limited in size.  Clear bags are preferred, however, wallets, clutch single pocket purses or bags must be small, no larger than 4 inches by 5 inches. In an effort to accommodate our guests who require a purse/bag, including diaper bags and bags carrying items that are medical in nature, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, will be permitted as long as they are within 16 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These bags are required to go through additional inspection. Guests who require entry with a purse/bag should arrive early to allow ample time to go through the additional security screening. 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE - In compliance with State Guidelines, food and beverage offerings may be limited or require “cashless” payment, credit card only.  No outside Food and beverage items are permitted.

CONTACTLESS ENVIRONMENT -  We prefer digital event tickets available on guests’ mobile devices, however paper tickets will be accepted.

PRACTICE PHYSICAL DISTANCING - For the safety of all in attendance, physical distance is recommended.  Guidelines including designated physically distanced spacing signage as they queue for entry or in line. We ask all guests to maintain distance from those outside of their party during their time at Toyota Arena. Gatherings of more than eight people are prohibited on the concourse and will be strictly monitored by event staff.  Please be respectful of other guests and their space.

WASH/SANITIZE HANDS OFTEN - The frequent washing and sanitization of your hands can help to keep you healthy and reduce the spread of germs. ​

GBAC STAR™ ACCREDITATION - Toyota Arena has received the Global Biorisk Advisory Council® (GBAC) STAR™ accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, Toyota Arena has implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention in its facility.  

ENHANCED CLEANING & SANITIZATION - All high-touch surfaces and heavily trafficked areas within Toyota Arena will be cleaned and disinfected at an incensed frequency throughout events.  After each event, all spaces and seating areas will go through an additional rigorous disinfection process.  

COVID-19 WARNING - Your health and safety and the safety of our employees are our top priority. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect you; however, an inherent risk of exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19 exists in any public place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. We cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. You must follow all arena policies, including health and safety policies, and posted instructions while in the arena and on arena grounds. Do not enter the arena if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnoses diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or are subject to a mandatory quarantine pursuant to local, state or federal health authorities.

By entering Toyota Arena and or the arena grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, and voluntarily waive all such related claims and potential claims against SMG Worldwide, the City of Ontario, and their respective members, affiliates, officers, employees, attorneys, successors and assigns and all persons acting by, though, under or in concert with them.
