AGUA CALIENTE CLIPPERS FINISH 2021 SEASON

The Clippers’ Amir Coffey averaged 18.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists in the G League bubble

Ontario, Calif. – With first year head coach Paul Hewitt, the Agua Caliente Clippers’ finished a competitive G League season with a record of five wins and 10 losses, with only two of the team’s losses coming by more than seven points.

The Clippers were led by two-way player Amir Coffey, who averaged 18.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.4 assists in his second season. Coffey now returns to the LA Clippers’ roster for the remainder of the 2021 NBA season.

Returning to the ACC roster were Tyrone Wallace and James Palmer Jr. Wallace, in his third stint with Agua Caliente, averaged 16.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.5 steals in 31.6 minutes. Palmer Jr., in his second professional season, averaged 16.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

The rookie duo of Jordan Ford and Malik Fitts also impressed in the G League bubble. Ford finished the season with averages of 13.9 points and 3.5 assists while shooting 43.3 percent from three and 92.3 percent from the free throw line in 15 games (three starts). Fitts averaged 11.1 points and 4.0 rebounds in 14 games (six starts).

Emanuel Terry, in his first season with the team, averaged a double-double across 15 games (15 starts) with 10.8 points and 10.4 rebounds. Terry finished sixth among all players in total rebounding, third in offensive rebounding and grabbed 15 or more rebounds in three games.
